
Refund Policy

At B. Education, we aim to provide high-quality, flexible educational support. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we do our best to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
1. Cancellations by Parents or Guardians

If you need to cancel a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, and refunds may not be available.

For block bookings, any unused sessions may be rescheduled (subject to availability) but are non-refundable once the programme has started.
2. Cancellations by B. Education

If we need to cancel a session due to tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will always offer to reschedule at no extra cost.

If a rescheduled session cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued for that session.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages

For prepaid packages (e.g. block bookings or holiday boosters), refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made before the first session begins.

Once sessions have started, refunds are not normally given, as tutors and learning plans are arranged in advance.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise (such as illness, hospital stays, or family emergencies). In these cases, we’ll review refund requests individually and compassionately, aiming to find a fair solution for everyone.
